We will be compiling the initial list of clubs indoors and outdoors from your posts.  Please reveiw thread and make sure all the racquetball courts you know are listed in the list.  If they are not please add them to the list.

These entries will be compiled and listed on the website soon.

Thanks,

Randyb

Cecil Field - Jacksonville

3 Indoor Courts

It is a city club/park - don't know the director

Cecil Field used to be an old military base. The base closed down so now it is a city park/club. The fee is $2.00 each time you go play or like 150$ for the whole year. We usually play Mondays and Thursdays from 5 - 8 pm (this is when the gym closes) and Saturdays from 11 - 2 pm.

hmmmm.....none in cocoa.....

well here's the courts i play at.....its not a club or anything but...

City: Port St John (in cocoa)

Courts: 2 outdoor courts, fully enclosed,(not in the best condition but im not complaining :)

Location: Fay Park, on Fay Blvd, which you can get to off of US1, or by port st john parkway.

There's alot of good players around here, but no clubs or associations, which sucks. Almost makes me want to start one with the community center that runs Fay Park.

I am composing the list along with the information in Angel's post that will be combined for a new feature coming to FloridaRacquetball .com.

I am still looking for info of a bunch of outdoor courts from around the state that are not listed.  It does not matter how small, if it is Apt. Complex, Churches, Schools, Etc.

I know there are some more indoor courts not listed as well. The more complete we can make this the easier it will be for florida and visitors to find places to play with information about the clubs/courts we have.

This is a great new feature and the software is close to being complete.  It will be the most comprehensive mapping of courts of any state.

Please help to be a part of it and list the courts.  I will weed thru the duplicates and combine the inforamtion.

I will also need 1 or 2 people to volunteer to cross check the results before going live.  Let me know if you would like to volunteer.

Thanks,

Randyb
